Mango & Banana

Protein Smoothie

DIRECTIONS:
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy with optional toppings!

INGREDIENTS:

For 2 servings

  • 1 banana, frozen 

  • 1 mango, 1 frozen 

  • 1.5 cup (375ml) almond milk 

  • 1 scoop vegan protein (vanilla or banana) 

  • 1 date, seed removed 

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

Toppings:

  • Blueberries, fresh mango, coconut shards and hemp seeds
