Choc Banana
Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
For 1 serving

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1.25 US cups (300ml) almond milk

4 tbsp chia seeds

topping, sliced banana and chopped hazelnuts
DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl mash the banana and then add the cocoa powder and mix.

Next gradually add the milk a little at a time then stir in the chia seeds.

Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again until the lumps are gone. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Serve with sliced bananas and some chopped hazelnuts if desired. If you have more of a sweat tooth you can add some maple syrup on top. Enjoy!
