Choc Banana

Chia Pudding 



For 1 serving

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1.25 US cups (300ml) almond milk

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • topping, sliced banana and chopped hazelnuts


  1. In a bowl mash the banana and then add the cocoa powder and mix.

  2. Next gradually add the milk a little at a time then stir in the chia seeds.

  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again until the lumps are gone. Cover and refrigerate over night.

  4. Serve with sliced bananas and some chopped hazelnuts if desired. If you have more of a sweat tooth you can add some maple syrup on top. Enjoy!
