Chocolate Porridge

INGREDIENTS:
For 1 servings

1/2 cup fine oats (45g oats)

1 cup (237ml) water
-
0.5 cups almond milk (118ml)

1 tbsp cocoa
-
half a banana, chopped
-
1 date, seed removed and chopped (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)
Toppings:
-
1/2 banana, 1/2 tbsp almond butter, handful of walnuts and sprinkle of hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients to a pot and mix everything together.

Cook the porridge over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring until it thickens and expands.

Pour the porridge into your bowl and add your optional toppings!
