Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS:
For 4 servings

5 large russet potatoes

1-2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees (C) fan-force.

Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut those halves in thirds or fourths, lengthwise, on an angle (to create wedges).

Next add the olive oil, spices, garlic and seasoning to a bowl and whisk. Next add the potato wedges to the bowls and gently toss until the potatoes are evenly covered in the oil and seasoning.

Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, flipping half-way. I served mine with non-dairy natural yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce! It tasted exactly like sweet chilli and sour cream!
