Health Wrap



For 1 wrap 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 cup spinach 


  1. Add the eggs and spinach to a blender and blend until combined. 

  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. You can add a little bit of oil to the pan if you're worried about it sticking. 

  3. Add the mixture to the pan and gently tilt the pan to spread the mixture out into a thin circle. Cook the wrap on each side for about 4 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Be careful when flipping as you don't want the wrap to break. I put a plate over the pan and flipped it onto the plate and then gently placed it back on the pan to cook both sides. 

  4. Serve with toppings of your choice. I did hummus, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, mushrooms sautéed with some garlic, avocado and pickled red onions!
