Everyday Oats / Porridge

INGREDIENTS:
For 2 large servings

1 cup fine oats
-
1 cup water
-
1 cup almond milk
-
2 tsp cinnamon
-
1 tbsp chai seeds
-
1 banana, chopped
-
1 date finely chopped
Optional Toppings: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, 2 tsp organic peanut butter,1 tsp maple syrup and a sprinkle of hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil. Once the oats begin to bubble reduce the heat to a low-medium heat and cook for 5 minutes (until thick and creamy) - Add more liquid if necessary

Top with what ever toppings you love!
