Everyday Oats / Porridge 



For 2 large servings

  • 1 cup fine oats 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • 2 tsp cinnamon 

  • 1 tbsp chai seeds 

  • 1 banana, chopped 

  • 1 date finely chopped 

Optional Toppings: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, 2 tsp organic peanut butter,1 tsp maple syrup and a sprinkle of hemp seeds


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil. Once the oats begin to bubble reduce the heat to a low-medium heat and cook for 5 minutes (until thick and creamy) - Add more liquid if necessary

  2. Top with what ever toppings you love!
